Refund Policy
We stand behind every product we sell at Smart Money Financial. If a course, template, or guide doesn’t deliver, we want to make it right.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@smartmoneyfinancial.io within 30 days of your purchase
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
- A brief reason is appreciated but not required
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days of receipt
Refund Timelines
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
What’s Eligible
- All digital products (tracker bundles, templates, guides)
- The Money Mastery System and any future online courses
- One-on-one consulting (if applicable) when canceled 24+ hours before the session
What’s Not Eligible
- Purchases older than 30 days
- Services already rendered (completed consulting sessions)
- Third-party tools or affiliate purchases — those must go through the third party directly
Access After a Refund
When a refund is processed, access to the purchased course, bundle, or digital download is revoked. You agree not to retain, use, or share the materials after the refund.
Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a purchase, please contact us first. We will always work to resolve issues directly. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in loss of access to future purchases.
